Standard is the product you can buy and run right now, and nothing in it is held back or metered — you get the whole list. Pro is in development. We are publishing what is going into it before it exists so you can see where this is heading and tell us if we have the order wrong.

The AI assistant Beta
Most monitoring tools tell you a light went red. This one can tell you why, and fix it.
It is wired into everything NetRiva already collects — device state and latency history, SNMP interface counters, the syslog stream, the live console feed, and every stored switch configuration. It reads all of that directly, so you are not pasting logs into a chat window and hoping.
It checks
Give it a schedule and it goes looking on its own: certificate expiry, disk space filling up, a config that has drifted since last week, interfaces throwing errors, a backup that has not run. Each check comes back as a plain pass or fail with the evidence attached, and you set a token budget so it can never run away with your API bill.
It diagnoses
Ask in plain language — why can't the ticket office reach the gateway, what changed on SW03 last night, which link is dropping packets. It correlates across the map, the syslog, the interface counters and the config history, and answers with the specific device, the specific interface and the specific line of configuration.
It configures
This is the part most tools stop short of. Describe the change you want and it writes the actual commands for your switches and firewalls — Cisco IOS, Junos, Aruba, MikroTik, Arista. Nothing is sent until you have read the exact command list and approved it. It then applies over SSH and re-reads the running configuration to confirm what actually landed, and the whole thing is stored as a config version you can diff and roll back.
What it does not do
Worth knowing before you spend an evening on it.
- macOS — not yet. It needs an Apple Developer account for notarisation.
- 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS — we build for arm64, so a Pi needs a 64-bit OS. Pi Zero, 1 and 2 are out.
- No cloud, no account required — this is deliberate, but it does mean there is no hosted version and no phone app.
- The AI assistant needs your own API key — we do not resell tokens or bundle them into the price.
